This unique 1/72 scale cross-section of Admiral Nelson's flagship show's a slice of life on board the premier warship of the Georgian era, and is based on authoritative drawings and reference photographs of the real HMS Victory, to which special access for this project was granted by the Royal Navy.

The section spans the hold, orlop, three gun decks and cockpit/quarterdeck, and includes accurately modelled rib frames showing how these were built up.

Content:
● Interior and exterior planking with gun ports, entry ports and steps
● Decks, gratings, companionway ladders, pump well and pillars
● Stub mast, chainwales and lower rigging
● Die-cast metal chain pumps and elm-tree pumps
● Ship's ballast
● provison barrels in the hold
● Four 32-pounder guns, tools & canonballs
● Four 12-pounder guns, tools & canonballs
● Tools and storage chests
● Hammocks and mess tables
● Wooden buckets
● Rigging threads

The content also includes a display stand and brass nameplate.

Overall dimensions of the model are:
325mm tall (inc stub mast), 220mm wide, 87.5mm deep.

As with your full-hull model Victory, you can either leave the cross-section as natural wood or paint it in period colours of black and yellow, with white and red ochre inside and copper below the waterline.
Because much of the construction inside is bare wood, a painted finish shows this off to advantage, so the basic instructions will cover the painted option which the official diary build will also follow.
If you choose to leave your model natural wood, the instructions will indicate where you need to leave steps out.

Ik denk dat je een andere afbeelding moet linken. Ik heb nog even gezocht, maar modelspace staat direct linken niet toe.
 
ik heb de spanten 2 t/m 8 klaar , volgende deel zyn de kleine spant deeltjes , en de montage van het gehele frame.
 
Is inderdaad één van de mooiste doorsnede's met veel details
Jammer dat je dit niet in een complete set kunt aanschaffen:(

nu bezig met de onderdelen van deel 123.

ik ga ze opschuren zodat alles mooi en vlak is .

en iedere spant die klaar was heb ik ook alles mooi en gelyk geschhuurd.

zodat ik morgen het geheel in elkaar kan zeten.

deel 124 is beplanking van de buitenkant.

Is het overwegen waard, vindt het één van de mooiste doorsnede's
Ik woon maar klein, voor een compleet schip is straks geen plaats meer, maar dat soort modellen kan ik genoeg kwijt:cool:

ik vind dat ze de poot van deel 129 by deel 123 hadden moeten doen.

dan had je een veel steviger bouw standaart .

de bouwer uit de link die ik net gaf heeft een heel stevige oplossing gevonden.

ik ga ook iets steviger maken , zodat ik niet op een wankel geheel bouw.
