Ik heb het gevonden... Ga maar eens hoog gras opzoeken denk ik.
1. Apply a little throttle to give it a little upward inertia.
2. Move the elevator or aileron fully to the direction that you want and at the same time reduce throttle a little (do not apply 0% throttle!)
3. It will go inverted then when it is almostupright, left go of the aileron or elevator stick, then manually level it. Getting the timing right is the hardest part of this routine.
4. Catch the falling Runner with a throttle boost. Depending on how fast it dropped during the flip/roll, you need to apply the right amount of throttle to catch the falling but upright Runner. If you apply throttle too late, it will drop fast and you need more throttle to catch it. If you apply too much throttle too early, before it is level, then the flip/roll will look weird. The worst is when you apply throttle way too early - when it is inverted. I did that and it dived straight into the lawn below.
