Een ding dat mensen soms vergeten is ook Lightbridge. Ik was toe aan de volgende stap en wilde ook een HD video feed. Als je dat ook erbij telt dan wordt het qua prijsverschil en stuk kleiner.

Lightbridge / hd feed (trouwens geen 1080p maar 720p) is leuk maar het levert flinke latency op (330ms), waardoor het voor FPV niet echt goed bruikbaar is. De echte professionals vertrouwen hier i.i.g. nog niet op.

Zover ik weet is de Inspire ook niet bedoeld als een FPV machine. Ik merk inderdaad ook vertraging op maar vind het voor mijn manier van opnames maken absoluut geen storende factor. 720P vind ik ook meer dan voldoende!

Heeft er al iemand de moeite genomen om, in ieder geval de Namibië film te belijken?

Ja, erg mooi filmpje, maar zwaar bewerkt. En dat kost heel veel tijd en kan zeker niet iedereen zo goed.

En denk me straks (de Inspire is er nog steeds niet) met de Inspire uitstekend te redden.

Als je de kwaliteit van een Nikon d810 gewend bent vrees ik van niet. Heb vandaag weer wat filmpjes gemaakt en het dynamisch bereik (doortekening licht (lucht) en donker(schaduwen) is gewoon niet goed genoeg op z'n dag als vandaag. Daarnaast vlieg ik er niet meer lekker mee na dat gedoe met Toemen.

De reden dat ik ben geswitcht van de Hero (incl. GoPro) naar de Inspire zijn er vele.

Ik heb ook geswitcht van mijn phantom 2 + zenmuse + GP4 + FPV maar heb hier achteraf wel spijt van. Daarom verkoop ik de inspire 1 weer. (Zie marktplaats )

Wilde ook een Inspire maar ga nu toch een beetje twijfelen.
Vandaag er even uit geweest met de Skyhero little met Gopro3 black.
Voor mij als noob best te pruimen.
Wanneer je de camera ver naar voren plaatst kan je de Gopro recht naar voren laten wijzen waardoor de horion wat rechter lijkt.

Prachtig toch. Fisheye kun je bij het importeren eenvoudig verwijderen: How Can I Remove the Distortion (Fisheye) Effect in GoPro Studio?

Ik doe nooit wat aan mijn filmpjes dus ik hoef ook niet te importeren.
Knippen, plakken en muziek eronder is alles wat ik doe. (en kan :nooo.

Dit was ook nog eens mijn eerste serieuze poging, dus geheel noob met echte films maken.. Concentreer me meestal op bouwen en afstellen / finetunen

I wonder why you say that that video has been heavily edited? And how do you know how long it took to edit? If you have any particular insight, please share it with me as I filmed and edited both the "Insired in Namibia" and "Inspired in Palawan" clips.

This whole discussion about GoPro or Inspire is in my humble view somewhat ill-informed. If you want top quality aerial footage, buy yourself either a GH4 or (better still) a RED as well as a copter strong enough to carry it. If you dont want the expense and the transportation inconvenience, buy yourself the next best compact solution.

Armchair experts and Keyboard Warriors often indulge in endless discussions and "adoration" of one product or another. The truth is however that , these are merely tools and none of them are perfect. I humbly suggest you get out there and fly whatever works for you. I would also suggest that you refrain from making statements on clips without actual knowledge of how they were made and or edited.

Thanks for your reply and registration (!) to this forum, i wonder how you found my reaction?

I don't need to point out that the clips are heavily edited, everybody can see that (and judge) for themself.

For me the added lens flare, text, intensive cutting en (synchronized) music did the trick. Besides it looks like the colors and sharpness are better than standard (please correct me of i'm wrong). I can't see howlong it took you, but in genneral post editing is very time consuming.

Thats what the discussion is about, is the inspire the next best compact solution for it's price. In my humble oppinion the phantom 2 and gopro 4 (+fpv set) wins (2 times cheaper and more compact). As the award winning video of Philip Bloom and Emil shows you can make beautiful movies.

I fly almost everyday. flying and showing is beter then talking, but the forums are to inform about whats best for you, sometimes before buying them and helping each other. I think the most unbiased way to inform yourself.

Of course editing is not necessarily a bad think, but not everybody can do it (like you) . The point is, is the inspire beter them a gopro without good editing. Becouse i think everybody agrees that the raw film should be as good as possible . I think most buyers don't want to edit/hassle in post.

Ik had Remote Rider gevraagd of hij wilde reageren op 't hele gedoe.

Vind het heel plezierig dat hij zijn kennis heeft gedeeld.

Hij maakt schitterende films. Monteert ze fantastisch.

En weet waar hij 't over heeft. Althans dat is mijn mening.

No Sharpness, colour nor saturation adjustments were done in Post Edit. Global Exposure levels were reduced by between 3 and 6% depending on the clip. As you know, the Inspire Camera has a fixed Iris. This makes it somewhat difficult to achieve ideal exposure levels without increasing the shutter speed too much (which in turn can lead to jello effect, especially in windy conditions).

ND Filter

Je schreef al even geleden, dat je bent gestopt met het standaard ND filter
te gebruiken, omdat de beeld kwaliteit dan behoorlijk terug loopt.
Met een fatsoenlijke kwaliteit filter hoeft dat toch absoluut niet?

Je filmt wel met 25 frames/sec.
Met een beetje zon gaat je sluitersnelheid dan maar zo naar 1/500 o.i.d.

Krijg je daardoor geen andere problemen? Zo ja hoe los je die op?

Ik had al eerder geschreven dat ik een B&W filter ND 110 had besteld.
Maar dat ding weegt 15 gram.
Dat kun je dus absoluut vergeten.

Sony blijkt ook iets te hebben, wat qua gewicht ongeveer in de buurt komt.
Dus rond de 3 gram. Heeft dat zin? Of is dat even grote prut.

Inspire zelf zegt dat er absoluut niets anders op mag als hun eigen spul.

Kan nog steeds niets proberen. 't Ding is er nog niet. Deze week? I hope so.

Ik bewerk vrijwel nooit films na.
Knippen, kleine aanpassingen, teksten, horizon rechtzetten etc.
doe ik in Premiere Elements 12.
Jij hebt het over "graden". Dan schijnt e.e.a veel beter te worden.
Wat is dat. Waar vind ik info.
