Buggy/truggy track in Enschede or near?

Hello, I am thinking of buying a buggy and assembling it for fun riding, but i wonder is there a proper track for these models? I mean like a normal race track? Near Enschede?

P.S. I am sorry that I wrote in English, but I am still learning dutch
